18 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in Jharsuguda district, tally reached to 98

NFTV:Odisha:Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district nearing to hundred COVID-19 positive cases mark with the detection of 18 new COVID-19 cases. With the detection of these 18 positive cases tally reached 98 in Jharsuguda district. Meanwhile, all the cases are asymptomatic. Confirmed by CDMO, Jharsuguda.

The Positive cases are : Three-person tested positive from Ganjamia Pada containment zone the patients are one 36 years old male, one 58 years old female, and a 16 years old male. Four positive cases detected from Vedanta industrial training center quarantine facility, the patients are One 7 years old girl, a 2 years old boy and a 70 years old male all three are returned from West Bengal, meanwhile, One 24 years old male who tested positive returned from Chhattishgarh all are under quarantine. One 2 years old girl child tested positive for COVID-19 in Telenpali village of Lakhanpur block she was returned from Khordha and was in-home quarantine. Three-person from Jharsuguda railway colony tested positive for COVID-19 they were returned from New Delhi and were under institutional quarantine in Railway Colony High School TMC. The patients are a 7 years old boy, a 25 years old female, a 53 years old female. One person tested positive for COVID-19 in the mal TMC of Lakhanpur block. The positive case is a 21 years old male and he was returned from Maharastra and was under institutional quarantine in Badimal TMC.

One 24 years old male tested positive for COVID-19 he was returned from Tamil Nadu and after his return, he was under institutional quarantine in Laikera TMC. One 19 years old male tested positive for COVID-19, the patient was returned from Tamil Nadu, after his return, he was under institutional quarantine in Parmanpur TMC.  One 30 years old female from Mirdhadera of Belpahar Municipality has tested positive for COVID-19, she was returned from New Delhi and after her return, she was under institutional quarantine in Ladies Hostel TMC in Belpahar. One 42 years old female from OPM Colony locality of Brajrajnagar tested positive for COVID-19. The patient was returned from Bolangir of Odisa, she was under home quarantine.

Two ODRAF personnel from Jharsuguda base tested positive for COVID -19. Both the personnel 40 and 30 years old male. The ODRAF personnel came back from West Bengal after Cyclone Amphan rescue and relief operation. Both of them were under institutional quarantine in the COVID care center, Jharsuguda. All the COVID -19 positive cases are asymptomatic. contact tracing on the progress. All these COVID positive cases are taken to dedicated COVID-19 facilities for further treatment.
