NFTV:Odisha: Bhubaneswar: Chief spokesperson of Government of Odisha on COVID19 pandemic Subroto Bagchi has revealed few details regarding the travel history of the third COVID19 positive patient in Odisha. Mr Bagchi also stated that Odisha is likely to be moving towards phase III of Coronavirus transmission, further Mr Bagchi added and said the third positive patient from Odisha had traveled to Delhi and Rewari in Haryana between 7th of March to 10th of March with his family members. Later, the family had traveled in an Indigo flight (6E 2014) from New Delhi to Bhubaneswar on the 10th of March 2020.
On March 16 after he developed COVID-19 lsymptoms in his body and after that he had visited Odisha assembly dispensary. As he did not recover from it, he went to Kar Clinic, in Unit-4 area, to consult doctors on March 21. Next day on 22nd March he was admitted to the Kar clinic and was in ICU for pneumonia. On March 24, he was discharged from Kar clinic . The patient was again admitted to the Capital Hospital on March 25. The sample of the person was tested positive on March 26,” Said Mr Subroto Bagchi .
The COVID 19 patient’s wife, daughter, driver are also kept in isolation and under quarantine.
