NFTV:Odisha:Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district administration declared shutdown in two Gram Panchayats of Jharsuguda Block. The Gram Panchayats are Malda and Patrapali for 7 days till the 28th of August 9 PM. The district Jharsuguda district administration took the decision after seven COVID-19 positive cases detected. The district administration says a number of inhabitants of Patrapali G.P. and Malda G.P. OF Jharsuguda Block are working in Bhusan steel plant who have closely interacted with other employees of the Bhusan steel plant and during random screening test through RAT on 20-08-2020 seven positive cases are detected. In this period there will be 100% door to door surveillance of each family of the two G.P. Compulsory home or institutional isolation wherever required. There will be no in and out movement to the area under the shutdown. There will be only no movement except for medical and health services and all the activities of the area are stopped.
