NFTV:Odisha:Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district reports 7 new COVID-19 cases in last 24 hours. With the detection of these COVID-19 positive cases, the number of positive cases reached 317 in the district. According to the department of I & PR.
Case Number 1: A 38 years old male tested positive for COVID-19. The positive case was returned to Jharsuguda from Assam. After his arrival at Jharsuguda, the case was under paid quarantine at Hotel Rajdoot. The positive case is asymptomatic.The positive case has been taken to a dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.
Case Number 2: A 63 years old male from Sarbahal tested positive for COVID-19. He was under home quarantine. The positive case is asymptomatic.The positive case has been taken to a dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.
Case Number 3,4,5,6 and 7: A 41 years old male from Bhuliapada. A 31 years old male and 25 years old female from Purunabasti. A 31 years old male and 20 years old male from Patrapali village come under the Kolabira Block of Jharsuguda district. The five positive cases are traced during the contact tracing of a previous case and tested positive for COVID-19. All the cases are asymptomatic and taken to a dedicated COVID facility.Contact tracing is in progress.
