Jharsuguda district reports 7 new COVID-19 positive cases, tally reaches 330

NFTV:Odisha:Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda district reports 6 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours. With the detection of these COVID-19 positive cases, the number of positive cases reached 330 in the district. According to the department of I & PR.

Case Number 1and 2: A 35 years old female and a 10 years old boy tested positive for COVID-19. The cases were under paid quarantine at Jharianal TMC . The positive cases are asymptomatic. The positive cases have been taken to a dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.

Case Number 3: One 51 years old male from Biju Nagar locality in Jharsuguda tested positive for COVID-19. The positive case is a contact case of a previous case. He was found positive after the antigen test. The positive case is asymptomatic and taken to the dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.

Case Number 4: A 15 years old boy from Kolabira block tested positive for COVID-19. The positive case was under quarantine at Kolabira TMC. The positive case is asymptomatic and taken to the dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.

Case Number 5: One 52 years old male from Bandhbahal tested positive. The positive case was under institutional quarantine at Bandhbahal TMC, after returning from Bihar. The positive case is asymptomatic and taken to the dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.

Case Number 6: One 39 years old male from Sarbahal locality in Jhrsuguda tested positive for COVID-19. The positive case is a contact case of a previous case. The positive case is asymptomatic and taken to the dedicated COVID facility. Contact tracing is in progress.

Case Number 7: The positive case is a 62 years old female from Adhapara village in Lakhanpur Block. The positive case was returned to Adhapara from Burla of Sambalpur district. After her arrival at Adhapara, she was under home quarantine. Her swabs test positive and the positive case has taken to the dedicated COVID facility. The case is asymptomatic. Contact tracing is in progress.
