NFTV: Jharsuguda: Jharsuguda town police arrested two people allegedly involved in a fraud of Rupees 12.9 crore of Orissa Bengal Carrier Ltd. According to the information given by the police, On 27.04.21 on the written complaint. Ravi Agrawal, Owner of Orissa Bengal Carrier Ltd . regarding criminal breach of trust, cheating of Rs 12.19 crores by preparing valuable forged documents I.e challans and lorry receipts of his employee namely Chena Ram Saini and others. Jharsuguda PS Case No 215/21 U/S 467/468/471/420/408/ 120 (B) IPC registered.
During investigation, the principal accused Chenaram Saini was arrested from Rahe, Ranchi and another accused person namely Akash Pathak of Sarbahal owner of Ashriwad Creation Printing Press also arrested. During the interrogation of the accused person, it came to light that accused Chenaram Saini has committed misappropriation crores of Rupees from which he purchased lands, luxurious cars, and owned four numbers of firms in his name I.e M/S Ashriwad Enterprises, Ashriwad Logistics, Baba Ramdev Roadways, and Ashriwad Traders.
