NFTV:Odisha:Jharsuguda: One COVID-19 patient died while undergoing treatment in Jharsuguda COVID Hospital on Saturday. The deceased is identified as one 53 years old male from the Mangalbajar locality of the Jharsuguda municipality. After getting tested positive for the deadly virus the deceased was admitted to Jharsuguda COVID Hospital on 30th of August 2020. While undergoing treatment his health condition deteriorated and he was put on the ventilator but the patient couldn’t recover. Today while undergoing treatment the patient breathes his last. The deceased had other health complications along with diabetics and blood pressure. According to the COVID-19 guideline, his cremation was done by the health department in Jharsuguda, informed by ADM, Jharsuguda. Earlier on August 31 a 46 years old male from the Kujimal village in Kirmira Block died in the COVID hospital Jharsuguda and on July 23, one 74 years old male COVID-19 patient from Raghunathpali of Kolabira Block in Jharsuguda district died at Hi-Tech COVID hospital in Rourkela. With this death, the COVID death toll reaches Three in the district.
