NFTV: International Desk: Russia’s head of EMERCOM DIES during drills in Norilsk.Yevgeny Zinichev, 55, died while on duty in Norilsk during exercises to protect the Arctic zone from emergencies – Ministry of Emergency Situations.Zinchev reportedly died attempting to save a cameraman after he fell off a cliff edge into the water. The head of EMERCOM crashing into a protruding stone in the water in his rescue effort.
