4- 45 years male, Badbazar,SMC area, detected during Active Surveillance
5- 29 years male, Bargaon,Maneswar, detected during Active Surveillance
6- 55 years female, Girish colony, Budharaja, detected during Active Surveillance
7- 53 years male, (COVID Warrier)  Hatapada, Rairakhol, a contact case
8- 51 years male, NAC Office, Rairakhol, 
9- 46 years male, Rairakhol
10- 44 years male, Ainthapali,SMC area
11- 44 years male, Panchhgachia, Bareipali
12- 41 years male, Mourya Residency, SMC area
