Traffic rule violator fined rupees 31k in Jharsuguda

NFTV:Odisha:Jharsuguda: Today during the enforcement of 21 days lockdown for near the Jharsuguda bus-stand the executive magistrate and tahsildar Kolabira Mr Golakbihari Mangaraj apprehend a scooter bound minor girl, after enquiring the girl Mr Mangaraj got to know that she was riding the scooter without having proper document and driving licence even she was not wearing a helmet . Dipu Koeri owner of the scooter fined rupees 31000 by the Jharsuguda traffic police. A fine of Rs 25,000 was slapped on the vehicle owner for allowing a minor to ride it, Rs 5,000 for driving without DL and Rs 1,000 for driving without wearing a helmet.
