Wife of a migrant worker deliver a baby girl inside PCR van

NFTV:Odisha: Jharsuguda: Indian Railways special train 07085 from Secunderabad to Danapur(Bihar) was to pass by Jharsuguda railway station at 14:20 hrs. A technical halt was scheduled at Jharsuguda. Among the passenger was a 25 years old pregnant lady Payal Kumari and her husband Balakrishna Prasad of Krishnapur of Kaimurbhabun of Bihar. The lady developed labour paininside the moving train.Railway authorities contacted Inspector in Charge of local police station of Jharsuguda. The inspector Sabitri Bal rushed to the spot, along with Tahsildar G.B.Mangaraj. At the station while the pregnant lady was to be taken to hospital in the police PCR van, the lady delivered a baby girl en route the hospital, inside the PCR van. The inspector present on the spot has supervised the delivery, The mother and child were admitted to the District Hospital of Jharsuguda where they are now in good health.
